1.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms
 
These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by nowsocialize OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia, with registry code 17095134 and registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ahtri tn 12, 15551. By purchasing and using our services, the client ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
 
2.⁠ ⁠Services
 
nowsocialize OÜ offers the following services:
 
Organic Social Media Management
 
Paid Social Media Advertising
 
Email Marketing
 
Branding
 
Web Design
 
Animated Video Creation
 
Some services are offered as monthly subscription packages, while others are provided on a project basis. The details of each service are specified in the invoice provided to the Customer.
 
3.⁠ ⁠Agreement & Service Commencement
 
3.1. The agreement between nowsocialize OÜ and the Customer is established when an invoice is issued and the Customer makes the required payment.
3.2. The service begins once the agreed payment has been received.
3.3. For some services, a 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion. For all other services, full prepayment is required.
3.4. If the Customer fails to make the required payment, nowsocialize OÜ reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.
 
4.⁠ ⁠Payments & Refund Policy
 
4.1. Payments must be made via Stripe, Wise, or bank transfer.
4.2. No refunds will be provided once a payment has been made.
 
5.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property Rights
 
5.1. All materials, including but not limited to branding assets, web designs, and video content, created as part of the service, are fully transferred to the Customer upon completion and payment.
5.2. nowsocialize OÜ retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio but may not resell the created content.
 
6.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality
 
6.1. Any confidential information shared by the Customer for service execution (e.g., strategies, social media credentials, business insights) will be kept strictly confidential.
6.2. nowsocialize OÜ may reference the Customer as a client and display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
7.⁠ ⁠Service Termination
 
7.1. Customers may cancel their services at any time without a required notice period.
7.2. If a payment is not made for a recurring service, the service will automatically be suspended.
 
8.⁠ ⁠Governing Law & Jurisdiction
 
8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia.
8.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
 
9.⁠ ⁠Miscellaneous
 
9.1. nowsocialize OÜ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the updated version will be posted on the website.
9.2. The continued use of services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
 
By engaging with our services, the Customer agrees to all the above terms.
